Working with Chanel will be a fun and enlightening experience, delving deep into your health history, your presenting symptoms and your health goals.

You will both map out your future, knowing what lays behind and the kind of life you want to live.

The next time you meet with Chanel, will usually be 3-4 weeks after your initial consultation. You will discuss your progress, changes in symptoms, any return of old symptoms and your current state of health. Together we will determine what is the next best step forward for you and your health.

Experiencing a sudden onset or a sudden change in symptoms is usually indicative of an acute dis-ease and is mainly self-limiting in nature. These symptoms are fairly intense and resolve in a short period of time. The most common acute dis-eases are colds, flu, bronchitis, childhood illnesses, tonsillitis, appendicitis, ear aches, most headaches, sudden diarrhoea, most infectious disease. 

There are a few things that can happen after the dosing of a homeopathic remedy. What we want to see is "direction of cure"; which usually presents first with a return of old symptoms, from more recent to older symptoms
• from vital organs to less vital organs
• from the center to the extremities
• from the top to the bottom

If you symptoms temporarily worsen after taking your recommended remedy; this is what is referred to as an aggravation in Homeopathy. It is sometimes unavoidable but should be short lived and is a great sign that the homeopathic medicine is working. With correct prescription and dosing, completely avoidable.

Homeopathic Remedies are deep acting and need time to shift. In order to get the best picture of this shift it is necessary for the time in-between consultations to be adequate. You want to see a gradual and gentle shift, without complications, towards health.
